After  order is confirmed, we have a meeting with the all department before production, investigate all the workmanship and technical details, make sure all the details are under control
1)100% inspection for the cutting, main trim, production(making a pre-production sample before production)and the finished product.    
2)Morning meeting by the factory director each day; 
3)Q/A for the during and finished production; 
4)Q/A for packing inspection; 
5)Final inspection while packing up all the messenger bag. If there is no other problem at this stage, our QC will issue the inspection report and release for shipping
6) We strictly follow ISO AQL standards

1. Can i have FBA labels and barcode sticker on the product?
Yes,We work with many Amazon sellers. You can send us your FBA label barcode and we will print and  put in on the bag and outside of carton.

2.Can you help to arrange shipment? Can you quote me the shipping fee?
Sure, we can arrange goods deliver to Amazon FBA warehouse or other warehouse. We can help you to arrange Shipment by sea or by air or by express. Please let us know delivery address and we will quote you the shipping fee.

3.What is your minimum order quantity? How to do if I can't reach your minimum order quantity?
What's your delivery time and payment terms?
MOQ is 500pcs per item. If you can't reach MOQ for each item, we present you our goods in stock.
We also can send you the our hot selling catalog. You can get them in lower price and smaller quantity.
Customize design order production lead time is 35-55days. Payment term: T/T or LC or others.

4. Can you help me make my own design? How about the sample fee and sample time?
Sure. We have a professional sampling dept to create samples according to customize design.
You can tell me your idea or provide us the drawing.We will develop physical samples for you.
As to the sample time is about 5-7 days. The sample fee is charged according to the material and size of the product.

5. How about your quality guarantee?
